Why I need to upload FDA Prior Notice when shipping foodstuff to USA?

Customers need to submit a prior notice to the Food & Drug Administration in your country to inform them that foodstuffs will be included in your shipment. In some cases, FDA approval may be required.

We need to ensure that you have all the information at hand before shipping to ensure that your goods can be successfully cleared through customs and avoid the shipment being either returned or seized by customs due to the absence of correct paperwork.
