Your unique customer ID is a personalized identifier assigned when you create an account.
π Where to Find It?
Log in to your Forward2Me account and go to:

β‘οΈ Dashboard > See Screenshot below
π‘ Why is it Important?
We process a high volume of packages daily, and your customer ID ensures accurate handling. Packages without an ID may require additional verification.
β οΈ Avoid Extra Fees!
A Β£3 fee will be added to your invoice if your package arrives without an ID. Including your ID ensures faster processing and exempts you from this charge.
