What is the F2me Cross Border?

F2ME Cross Border is a dedicated international shipping network that operates independently of the standard FedEx network. Since all goods go through the postal network for processing, they will arrive later than if you used an express courier service. Although the tracking information won't change as often, you can still be confident that your shipment is on its way.

The F2me Cross Border service will take up to 4weeks to arrive, depending on the date of pickup. Note that our US/UK depot is the sole location from which F2me Cross Border shipments are picked up. For some countries like it can be over a month and no definite delivery time scale. 

Your shipment's master carton will be picked up together with regular FedEx shipments and delivered to the US/UK sorting office. Packages are processed by country at the US/UK sorting facility before being sent to the postal service of the destination country.

Tracking details will be updated as soon as your shipment is physically taken out of the master container and scanned as a separate shipment. Please give this process some time.
