Can you accept incoming shipments outside the Japan warehouse?

Our Japan team cannot accept deliveries from outside of Japan due to duties and taxes. We cannot accept packages that arrive with outstanding customs duties and taxes. If the package had been shipped as delivered duty paid, there wouldn't have been an issue. However, since our Japan warehouse cannot pay cash on delivery for these duties, they were unable to accept the package.
