Unfortunately, customers are responsible for any return charges or duty fees if a shipment is sent back to our warehouse for the following reasons:
-
Refused Payment of Duties and Taxes or Package Refused by Recipient
-
Courier Unable to Contact Consignee in the Destination Country
-
Goods Unable to Clear Customs
-
Restricted to Import
-
Under-declared value of goods for customs purposes
-
Incorrect Address Provided, Recipient Unavailability
- Failed Delivery Attempts Limit Reached
At forward2me, its not viable for us to cover the amount and we need to pass this on to customers. We also cannot issue a refund for any shipping costs paid due to the above reasons for failed delivery.
For refusal of payment duties, if possible, we advise that you contact courier, to accept the charges, and make the duty payment, as returning the goods will likely cost more than paying the duty charges.
