❌ Customs Issues
- Held, disposed of, confiscated, or returned due to missing documents or non-payment.
- Seized due to incorrect declarations.
- Confiscated for containing restricted items.
❌ Carrier & Customer Responsibility
- Abandoned packages due to no response from the customer.
- Reported missing or damaged after the claim deadline.
- Lost or damaged before arriving at Forward2Me.
❌ Excluded Returns & Storage
- Returned using a pre-paid label (customer-retailer issue).
- Disposed of after exceeding 30-day free storage.
