As soon as a package hits any of our warehouse floors, the following automated steps occur:
We scan the courier's barcode and instantly match your Unique ID Number to your forward2me account.
As a standard service, we provide an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) photo of the shipping labels for free. This allows you to verify the sender and tracking details immediately.
You receive an automated "Package Received" email the moment the item is booked in.
Log in to your dashboard to decide the next step:
Ship Immediately: Choose your courier and get it moving.
Hold: Enjoy 30 days of free storage while you wait for other items.
Combine & Repack: Request to merge multiple boxes into one to significantly save on volumetric weight shipping costs.
🇺🇸 USA Warehouse (Delaware Hub)
The US warehouse has the strictest documentation requirements due to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) export regulations.
Mandatory Invoices: Unlike the UK, Germany or Japan hubs, uploading a purchase invoice is mandatory for all US exports. We legally cannot export goods from the USA without a confirmed commercial value and itemized description.
The "INCOMING" Advantage
To get your packages moved as quickly as possible, use the Invoice Upload feature as a "INCOMING":
Upload your invoice before the package arrives. > By doing this, you "pre-alert" our warehouse team. When your package is finally scanned, the customs data is already linked and ready, which can speed up your processing and dispatch time by several hours. This is the fastest way to bypass the "Waiting for Information" queue.
