Why my package is showing In Review in the USA?

Why my package is showing In Review Hold Reason: Awaiting Invoice in the USA? 

Your package is currently under review as it appears that either the invoices are missing or the incoming parcel has not been properly described.

To proceed and move the package to "Ready to Ship" status, please upload the appropriate invoice as soon as possible. If you do not have an invoice, kindly provide a detailed description of the contents and ensure the correct quantities are included.

If you're providing a description, please be sure to include the item details, quantities, value, and optionally, the item URL.

Kindly ensure all items are accurate before confirming the shipment. Once your package is processed, we will not be able to take responsibility for any missing items that were not reported in advance. Please notify us of any discrepancies prior to proceeding.

Why my package is showing In Review – Hold Reason: Processing in the USA? 

When your package status shows “In Review – Hold Reason: Processing” in the USA, it usually means the system  is currently reviewing the package details before it can move forward.

In your case, the issue is normally because:

• an invoice was already uploaded, but
• the invoice is not yet linked to the correct incoming tracking number.

Since invoice upload is disabled while the package is under review, the action needed is:

1. Go to your incoming shipment section
2. Find the Awaiting Invoice Upload entry
3. Add the correct tracking number there
4. Our processing team will then associate the invoice with the package tracking details

Once matched, the review status should clear and the package can continue processing. 

This usually happens when:

• the invoice was uploaded before the package arrived
• the tracking number was missing
• multiple incoming parcels exist in the account
• the warehouse could not automatically match the invoice to the parcel

After the tracking number is linked, allow some processing time for the USA team to review and update the shipment status.
