My forward2me address is not showing on the drop down menu on the retailer site?

Sometimes retailers offer a number of addresses on a drop down menu, your forward2me address may not show here, this is because the address is slightly unique.  Each customer has a different number at the beginning of their address so we can easily identify their packages on arrival.   When this happens you should see a link to add the address manually.
