Q: Do you offer a Personal Shopper service in all countries?

Currently, our Personal Shopper service is available in the UK, USA and Germany. We don’t yet offer this service in other locations:  Japan, and Guernsey.

Q: What is the Personal Shopper service and how can I use it?

We can offer you our Personal Shopper service if you’re unable to place an order directly with a UK retailer only.

• The fee for this service is £15 or 10% of the value of the goods, whichever is greater.

• To use the service:

  1. Log in to your forward2me account.

  2. Click on the ‘My Account’ link.

  3. Scroll down to access the Personal Shopper section.

  4. Submit your request, and our team will then contact you with an invoice.
