What is Protect+?
Protect+ is an optional paid service that adds extra protection to your package during shipping.
What does Protect+ cover?
- New items: Delivered in the same condition they arrived at Forward2Me.
- Secondhand items: Guaranteed delivery.
- Lost or damaged items: Compensation or possible replacement based on the declared value.
How much does Protect+ cost?
- £20 for the first £1,000 of value, or 2.5% of the item’s value (whichever is higher).
- Available only for express courier services.
How do I add Protect+?
- Select your package in your Forward2Me account.
- Choose Protect+ at checkout.
