When shipping to Australia and New Zealand, we are required to charge a Goods and Service Tax on both the value of the goods shipped and the service we provide. We are required to request and store a copy of the proof of purchase for the goods the customer shipping.
When prompted on your account please could you upload your purchase confirmation showing the description and value of the goods in each package so we can check the values added match the information entered and approve the document.
To upload the document please select your package from your package inbox by clicking the on the small check box
The "SHIP NOW" option will become available please click this button.
A new box will open advising that you have missing documents (Proof of purchase) please click on the green "upload button.
The page will reload showing the package ID, please click the "Browse" button.
A new window will open (windows explorer) please us this window to locate the file on your device
(this will be a location determined by your device or yourself when you saved the document originally)
once located the file select this and press the open button
Our website will speak with your device and move the file into your package details.
If you need to you can add more documents by pressing the blue "Add More Files" button and repeating this process, if you have selected more than one package you will also have to repeat this process the the additional packages.
Once you have uploaded all the needed document press the green "Upload documents"
The page will reload advising you that the documents have been uploaded and will need to be approved before you can proceed.
Once approved you will be free to go ahead with shipping via your inbox.
