How much does it cost to create an account?
It is completely free. There are no sign-up fees, no monthly membership fees, and no hidden subscription costs. You only pay when you choose to ship a package.
How do I sign up?
You can register on the forward2me sign-up page using:
An email address and password.
Social login via Google or Facebook.
What information do I need to provide?
Standard registration requires your full name, email, and your country of residence. While there is no "lengthy" documentation required at the start, you may be asked for verification later depending on your payment method or the value of your shipments.
Can I have more than one forwarding address?
Yes! One account gives you access to multiple warehouse locations, including:
United Kingdom (including a Tax-Free Guernsey address)
United States
Germany
Japan
Using Your Account
What happens immediately after I sign up?
You will receive your unique forwarding addresses instantly in your account dashboard. You can start using these addresses at checkout on online stores like Amazon, eBay, or Sephora immediately.
Do I need to "announce" an incoming package?
Yes, please register an incoming package. When your item arrives at their warehouse, so its easier to identify and log your items.
Can I add other people to my account?
Generally, parcels are accepted only for the one name registered to the account. If you need packages to arrive under a different name, please create another account for free.
How long can I store items in my account?
You get 30 days of free storage. This is ideal for waiting for multiple orders to arrive so you can use the "Combine & Repack" service.
What is "Combine & Repack"?
If you order from several different stores, we can consolidate those items into a single box. This significantly reduces international shipping costs compared to shipping each item individually.
What payment methods are accepted?
Once you are ready to ship, you can pay via:

Are there items I cannot ship?
Yes. Before ordering, check the Prohibited Items list on our website. Items like aerosols, perfumes, certain lithium batteries, and flammable liquids are often restricted or require special handling.
What about Customs and Duties?
You are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged by your home country. However, we ship DDP ( Delivery Duty Paid) for some countries provides the platform to ship the goods, but we do not control local government taxes.
